 I found the privious comments to be very unfair. The owner asks for the money for the air con,to be paid promptly,because so many english people have done runners without paying .There is no profit to be made on air con. The electric socket would have been fixed,if it had been reported. Towels and bedding are changed onece a week in most studios,and hotels. The ownes are very friendly and tend to any problems promptly. We love these studios,and have booked up for next year. | |

I wasn't particularly impressed. This was the 3rd visit to beautiful Kefalonia and by far the worst apartments I have ever stayed in. The apartment could have done with a good clean throughout for our arrival - the shower and balcony area were dirty, as well as the majority of crockery and cutlery. We were only given two hand towels, which were changed once in the week we were there. On one particular morning the cleaner woke us just after 9.00 am; we immediately dressed and left the apartment for her to carry out her 'light' duties, to find on our return all she had done was empty the bins. Was it really necessary at this time to wake us so soon, if that was all she intended doing? One of the electric sockets in Room 1 was faulty. Obviously electrics are not checked as often as they should be. The owner is more interested in getting vistors to pay for air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes than the upkeep and maintenance of the apartments. I love Kefalonia and will definitely return, but would not, or would not recommend a stay in the Panos Studio Apartments. | |

We got back three days ago from Lassi, our 9th visit. We were a little worried when we saw the prevoius post for these apartments, but when we got there we found them to be very clean and the owner and cleaner were fabulous.
The kitchenette had plenty of bits and pieces to cook with and the shower was the best we have ever had in any apartments in Lassi, plenty of hot water and loads of pressure.
 A wonderful holiday and we would definitely use these aprtments again | ||||||||||

| Situated just a few yards from the main road in Lassi with its junction at Ozzie's bar, this block of 8 apartments is pretty basic. Room was not that clean on our arrival and the cot provided for our baby was really not good enough as it was quite dirty. That said, the room was subsequently cleaned every day to an almost satisfactory standard. The windows all had mosquito blinds which was very good. Overall, it was OK - after all you don't go on holiday to spend all your time in your apartment... | ||||||||||

| Very basic apartment block just a short walk from the main Lassi road at its junction with "Ozzie's Bar". Room was OK, shower was poor (poor pressure) and only provided warm/hot water in the late afternoon. Room did have mosquito nets in front of every window which was very good. The room was quite dirty on our arrival (especially the fridge...) The room was subsequently "cleaned" every day but not to a particularly high standard. | ||||||||||
