| Hi, can anyone help. I have just booked a 2 week holiday staying at the Marina 1 apartments in Lassi in June next year and will be taking my two small children. The brochure says expect some passing noise, are these apartments in a really noisy area and also what are they like in general. | |

Just returned from 2 weeks at marina 1 . The accomodation was recently refurbished and decorated inside and out to a good Greek standard and very clean, kitchen also well supplied . Set in own grounds full of olive and almond trees. Had a great holiday and will return to resort and Marina 1. ![]() | ||||||||||

| May 2006 - completely upgraded and refurbished , both inside and out, providing excellent accommodation, bathroom cleaned daily, kitchen well equipped with new utensils and would recommend to anyone. We had downstairs 2 bed apartment looking out onto the garden with a large patio area facing South West. No noise problems in May and no steep hills to climb, convenient for taxi, supermarkets and bus stops. Wouuld giive it 8/10. Only wish I had a sea view. | ||||||||||

| Extremely disappointing accommodation (worst we've ever stayed in). Basic to say the very least. Staying there ruined our holiday. 'Some passing noise' stated the brochure. More like camping on the hard shoulder of the M25. Lassi is basically a main road from the Airport to the capital Argostoli with restaurants and accommodation built on either side. When we asked to be upgraded (which we were happy to pay for), rep said she would try but obviously had no intention of doing so. Said there was nothing on the island through Kosmar but we could relocate to a Hotel which would cost us a further £1800 direct. Would never use Kosmar again and would certainly not recommend the Marina Apartments. Only there one week and couldn't wait to get home. Such a shame as Kefalonia is one of the most beautiful Greek Islands (my 5th one). | ||||||||||

| Nice appartments, clean and adaquately equipped. Thanks go to Maria and her family for a nice stay. A couple of maintainance points that we raised with the rep were fixed by the time we got back in the evening. A little over five minutes walk takes you to supermarkets, the beaches and the Tavernas. Kosmar warned us of noise from the tavernas that was hardly noticable, even on "greek" night at Zorba's. | ||||||||||

| Top floor apartments have superb views over the bay. The two bedroom apartments are slightly compact, quite basic but have a nice balcony with a sun canopy which is most useful! | ||||||||||
