I am just back from a 2 wk hol in Lassi, Kephalonia. I was hoping to rent out a Gilera Runner but the only people who had those were the locals. i rented a 50cc People moped. It was reliable & i felt safe to tour around the island on it. I would advise wearing the full helmet with viser not only for safety, but it doubles as a shield against the bugs! Min. 3 day rental @ 12Euro/day. The couple who run the place are very easy going.
The owner, Chris, is a friendly Canadian who
go out of his way to help (even fax over your
driving licence!). Ask for his friend's restaraunt
(Casa grec) - It's the best on the island (and
still v cheap).
