These apartments are an absolute disgrace. The apartments are delapidated outside and not much better inside. They were damp when we arrived - mould on the table cloth and fidge. The bathroom was dirty, had broken tiles on the floor and had no plug in the sink. The cooking utensils were dirty and were stored in a wrotten cupboard. Because the rooms were so damp, my asthma was agravated by staying there. As we could hear the couple next door discussing the same problems as us through the wall, we knew we weren't the exception. We both found alternative accommodation in Svoronata (Katerina Studio's which is excellent). The only problem is that we had to pay for this ourselves as we got no help from the Golden Sun rep while we were there. Stear Well Clear

We found the Avithos beach the best in Svoronata - most of the locals will inform you of this if you ask. The sand is nice and golden and the water is clear. It can get a bit choppy at times in September though.
