| Fterionas Appartments - SkalaSkala is a wonderful village on the Southern edge of the island of Kefalonia. It is the largest resort in the south of the island, and is very popular with visitors. It has excellent sandy beaches surrounded by pine trees. In the summer months there are plenty of sunbeds and a variety of water sports. There is even a dive centre based in the resort.
The resort has grown rapidly over the last few years, with lots of quality new accommodation. Fterionas apartments, an ideal place to stay, are located just outside the village. The newly built (2004) garden apartments and two floor villas are well sized and attractively furnished. All have fully equipped kitchens, plus there is a nice outdoor barbecue area.
It takes only a 15 minute walk to the centre of the village and its popular beaches, and only a one minute walk from an exceptional natural beauty, almost private beach.
