This lovely four Bedroom Villa, which is BRAND NEW for 2005, is located in the peaceful and beautiful, typically Greek Village of Sarlata on the unspoilt island of Kefalonia. The Villa has its own swimming pool and is privately owned by Stephen and Jan Jenner. It is set amongst a back drop of Olive, Lemon and Orange trees with stunning views over the Ionian sea. It has four bedrooms and 4 bath/shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and a lounge/dining area. The Villa is approximately 2 Km from Ammes Beach with some very good tavernas nearby. There is also a small local shop within 2-3 mins walk.
The Villa sleeps six to eight people and can accept an extra small child. Prices range from £575-£1150 per week for six or less people. The price includes Air Conditioning, Maid Service and clean linen twice weekly. For your convenience a friendly English man who lives within the village manages the villa.
A £200 non-refundable deposit secures your booking.
