Ignore the brochure - ALL rooms have a sea view from the balcony. The rooms were very clean and adequately equipped. The only downer was that there was no air con or ceiling fan. However, you can either buy a tall fan in Argostoli for about €15 or you can hire them from some local supermarkets for about €1/day.

There is a walk up a short hill to the apartments and the novelty soon wears off. It is worth it though for the view and quietness at night (well away from main road). It is about 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to the restaurants and bars.

Good on a budget!

The beaches in Lassi are good however beware of the over-priced sun beds. They cost about €8-€10 Euros/day which soon adds up. We opted to buy lilos from the supermarket for about €10 each which was much cheaper and much more fun. The water is so calm, you can take your 'sun bed' into the sea and sunbathe there instead.

You can also buy sun brollies for just €8. These are a saviour at midday.
