 Had a fabulous holiday at Melidron in June 2006,All staff were brilliant!!My husband left his watch in safety deposit box and Kicki the receptionist kindley posted it back to us,we have been in touch via email since then. Sadly you cant book for 2007 as a Norwegian company has taken over.We have booked the new Crystal Palace with firstchoice which is a bit further on the sea road it looks similar to Melidron just hope it is as good. |

My wife and i visited the Melidron apartments last year - they had only just opened. The accomodation and the levels of service were excedptional. Say hello to George and Shula (the proprietors)....nothing was ever too much trouble for them. To anyone visiting skala....stay at the Melidron!!! |

Just returned from the Melidron yesterday and just had to let everyone know what a great holiday we've had. The accomodation is superb in a great location just opposite the beach and a short walk to Skala villlage. The staff at the Melidron are excellent, nothing is too much trouble. We had our room cleaned 6 days a week and lovely white fluffy towels changed twice a week. The Melidron has a pool bar and inside bar where you can get a lovely reasonable breakfast/lunch or early tea ( they finish serving food at 7pm). The staff catered for our every need and I would not hesitate to recommend both the accomodation and the resort to anyone. Thank you Melidron for a superb holiday.  |

| We stayed at the Melidron. Bit worried as we only had artists impression in brochure but needn't have worried. Everything about it was excellent. The best Greek accommodation we have stayed in by far. We even had doors on the shower. George and Sula very helpful. We found the best restaurant on the last night, if we had found it before we would have definately have gone back. Unfortunately, it has a Greek name on the card looks like "Aoxouriko" but not sure. If you follow signs for Sally's garden bar it is right next door. We would definately go back again to the same place and we don't normally do same places. |

i can't speak highly enough of these apartments. the rooms were spacious and well equipped. the air con was an added bonus that we thought we would have to pay extra for, but came included. the rooms were cleaned every day and the linen and towels regularly.
the owners went out of their way to make our holiday enjoyable.
the beach was a bit of a disappointment but if you have a car then i can recommend turtle beach at karmenia which is sandy and very gently shelving ie no stones, coa**e sand and shingle that you get at scala.
we didn't have a bad meal in scala and went to the pines, miabeli and the scandavania on more than one occasion.

| Just returned from a wonderful two weeks at the Melidron Apartments. The rooms are excellent very spacious with comprehensive facilities. The maid service was great, our room was always clean. The pool is lovely with great views of the sea only a two minute walk away. The location is great with only a 10 minute walk to the centre of the town. A definiate recommendation!!!! |

The Melidron Apts are fantastic! Clean, air-conditioned, quiet, child friendly, a stone’s throw from the beach and just a little further from the village. Everything you look for in a relaxing holiday!
Yiorgos and Soula are lovely and will do their very best to ensure you are happy with their accommodation.
Our party span 3 generations and Kefalonia, Skala and the Melidron are favourites of us all! We can’t wait to return! |

This was our first visit to Kefalonia and we have just returned. the Melidron apartments were in a great location and were very clean. The staff were very friendly, and my only reservation is that the swimming pool isn't that big, and once it gets full of kids on inflatable dinghies, rubber rings etc, it doesn't leave much room for younger children who aren't so profficient at swimming. The pool at Paspalis next door was brillian tho'!

| Not knowing what to expect as no brochure pictures, we were more than impressed. Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms cleaned 6 out of the 7 days, and linen changed twice! Quiet and relaxing but only a stroll to the restaurants and beach! Nice swimming pool (although steps into pool are very slippy) Kitchen area was nice with kettle and toaster(first for me in Greece) I have absolutely no complaints and would say that anybody staying here would be very pleased indeed! |

We've just returned from Scala and the Melidron and totally loved it. The Melidron is less than 10 minutes walk from the main street and just across the road from the beach.
Our room was large, with cooking facilities (two electric rings, a standard size fridge, cutlery, crockery & pans), a balcony, air con, a TV, good bathroom. The place is clean and the staff friendly. The pool is a huge plus too.
The whole holiday was faultless!

This is our third time in Scala, the resort is beautiful. You cannot fault the location or the quietness of the Melidron Apartments, but we were a little disappointed in the cleanliness. We had a ground floor apartment and the terrace was filthy. We had no towel change or linen change and we were issued with one toilet roll on our first day and were told that if we wanted anymore, we had to buy it! I have to say it did not stop us enjoying our holiday, Greece is Greece after all, that is why we keep returning!

| A friend and I have just got back from a weeks holiday staying at the Melidron and we were really pleased. We had a studio with a balcony which overlooked the pool and had a sea view. Very close to the Beach and the centre of Skala. It had only been opened for a month and they were just putting in a snack bar etc. There is building going on next to the apartments, but it was so quiet and when it is all finished it will be lovely there. All in all was very impressed and would recommend staying here. |

We are staying at the Melidron Apartments in Scala next week which has just been built so there's little information about it anywhere even from the tour operator, we know its just opened but would love some feedback before we go there if anyone has already stayed! its with First Choice operators.
