Our lovely friends.
Some of you are asking if there's any air condition at our hotel.
The answer is yes.We successfully gained air conditions for you
so you can enjoy your days more comfortable.We also puted a wifi modem for internet.You can ask the code from the reception.We hope that soon we will gain and televisions in every room.

We loved staying at the Hermes House, we stayed there during September and are going to retun next year. The apartments are very spacious and clean, although there is no air con yest! ( we heard that this is going to be installed for 2007) we were able to leave our balcony doors open during the night as there are mossie doors fitted, which kept the room lovely and fresh. We would definately reccomend Hermes House. There are always bottles of water in the reception area for sale, you just pop your money intothe dish. And there are always fans in reception if the weather gets a little bit too warm, you just write your room number in the book.  . Jools |

Myself and a friend stayed here in June this year and were very impressed. The whole place is very clean and modern and very well equipped for a greek apartment! We had a ground floor room which we were a bit worried about being lone females but we needn't have worried as we were quite safe. Location wise, it is near the Dionysios apartments but on a much quieter road. The nearby Makis apartments are excellent if you want use of a pool, the beach is only 5-10 mins walk away down the main road. We would definitley stay here again. |

Stayed at Hermes House in May. Very nice, cleaned daily as others have pointed out, no aircon.
It's a lovely location, near the main drag and easy enough to drive out of Scala.

| My boyfriend and I visited Skala last Sept 2004. We found Hermes House an excellent apartment, especially as this was a last minute booking. The room was very clean and with virtually everything looking brand new. The room was spacious and airy with a lovely balcony with the mountains on your left and the sea on the right hand side. There was no air conditioning but always fans to hire along with water and other drinks at Reception. Hermes House was situated perfectly, with a 5-10 min walk to the sea passing the lovely smell of Jasmine along the way. The people were very friendly with the shops having all you could want. |

| I will hopefully be visiting the hermes house apartments this summer but am worried about there being no air conditioning, could somebody please let me no if there are fans available. Also, are there bars and restaurants nearby? |

| Hermes House was very clean and central for shops, resteraunts, bars and the beach. There is a loveley pool called 'Makis' just around the corner which is open to all. Very friendly and helpful staff at Hermes and we would definatly go back there. A fan is essential as there is no air con, but they are quite cheap to hire at reception. |

We found Hermes House Apartments central for everything.
Very clean and friendly, rooms were cleaned every day, always had a lovely fresh smell.
The fact you could pull the shutters down during the day to keep the room cool, also at night you could still get air with a net type of sliding door to keep the moskitos out.
Reception area always very cheerfull with fresh flowers and sometimes fresh apricots. Always packs of water and beer available if you wish to buy them. |

Hello, I would just like to ask for any information on the Hermes appartments in Skala. My girlfriend and I will be staying there in a couple of weeks for a weeks holiday and we would just like to know if the appartments are situated near the main part of town / beach etc, as we have been told there are a lot of appartments situated quite far (taxi ride) from the town center and we are hoping the Hermes Appartments were within walking distance.

| brand new appts which had it's first visitors in may! new, clean and modern - we even had a kettle! no air con which could prove a problem in high summer. off the main road but not far from the supermarkets, restaurants and bars!we stayd at the renieri last time and there is no comparison! hermes house is lovely!! |
