I have been to Lourdas 3 times now.  Twice with my boyfriend and once on my own..... It is a beautiful place and I am trying to book a holiday to go there next week if there are any late deals still!

 

There's a bus you can catch from the top of the hill which costs 1euro and it goes to Lourdas beach and to Trepaziki beach.  I think it leaves Lourdas beach about 17:00 hrs and gets toTrepaziki beach about 17:15 hrs so you can spend most of the day there.  I used to walk down the hill in the morning to either beach and catch the bus back. Both are beautiful beaches.  I did not find it expensive.

Spiros taverna does lovely Greek food and they are really friendly.  Have a wonderful time.  If you are going to hire a car, let me know and I can give you lots of tips on where to visit.
