We visited October 10-24. The apartments, in many ways, were good for Greece, and I have no complaints for the price we paid. The kitchen was more that adequate for snacks and light meals. The view from our spacious balcony was superb. Bins were emptied daily and sheets & towels were changed regularily. However, all the cupboards smelt persistently of damp! When we were there the bar was never open at night and we only saw it open twice during the day - but we were out a lot.
My major complaint is that although I knew the bars/tavernas/beach were some distance away the "village" in the name did lead me to believe that there would be a handy mini-market/shop. THERE IS NOT. Fresh milk, bread etc is a 15 min walk down the hill (steep with 4 hairpin bends) and a 20-25 min walk back up. (5 euro taxi ride one way).
As the weather was bad (13 thunderstorms in 10 days) we had a car for most of our stay and very much enjoyed travelling round this beautiful island. There was always lots of hot water available in the apartment - commendable considering the weather.
