Phoenix - (Bars in Argostoli)

Great place to dance! Light-up tables add a very disco-riffic feeling to the club. Lots of english dance music for those craving the familiar. Good times were had by all!!

Lassi Resort - (Resorts in Kefalonia)

I was part of a group of students from Canada and we stayed in Argostoli but visited Lassi on a daily basis for the beaches, food and nightlife. It is truly a "British-ized" village, but it makes for an interesting place to meet people who are looking to have some fun. We loved Oskar's for the food, dancing and staff! You must visit Oskar and his sons on Fanari Rd if you visit Lassi!!

Big Boys - (Restaurants in Argostoli)

Good fast food with enormous portions! Just watch your bill since some of the prices listed aren't what you will be charged... Usually very quiet and only a short walk from the square.

Casa Grec Restaurant - (Restaurants in Argostoli)

Hi Vicki! Thanks for the great food and service while we were in Argostoli. Canada misses you!

Ellinko - (Restaurants in Argostoli)

This was one of our favourite restaurants while we were in Kephalonia. The pastichio(sp) is phenomenal like most things on the menu! Prices were very good and we quite liked the barrel wine here. The many cats wandering through the tables gave it a relaxed air.

Paraktion - (Restaurants in Argostoli)

Breakfast was good, especially the yoghurt. Unbelievably, we had the worst bread of our entire trip at this restaurant! It was always crusty and stale! Yuck! Service was excellent though...

Portside Restaurant - (Restaurants in Argostoli)

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Argostoli if not Kephalonia!! Rosa is a gem who will offer to teach you Greek - at least enough to impress the locals! The food is great and very inexpensive and the portions are generous. You are missing out if you go to the Captain's Table and not Portside!!
