My wife and I spent our honeymoon at porto skala in July 2003.
The room was basic but clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly. The food was of good quality but very similar most nights with not much variety, so we ate out in Skala on our second week.
By far the highlight of the hotel is the setting. Situated next to sea, the view is stunning, and the pool area was so peaceful all day long, with a sunbed available every time we arrived. This hotel is a favorite with Greek families from the mainland, rather than bloody Germans! so we had a quiet, stress free fortnight.
