My wife and I are booked for a late holiday in the Pericles and found your comments a couple of weks ago. The comments about cockroaches and paying for your breakest etc made me make enquiries with our travel agent apparently those who have books with Thomsons only 7 have complained(.3% I think) and that was about the air conditioning.
True or false? Well still going and could not care less about any connection with a war time banjo playing axis officer

Yes it was me who's chair collapsed on the balcony and was knocked out!!!!
The leisure furniture is an on going problem and I was not the only one who had problems but mine was the most spectaculare I believe!

Well apart for that It was a good holiday. The hotel while ghaving friendly staff was nothing special. The laounge furniture was dirty and needed recovering to say the very least.

As for the Dining Room, it was not large enough and there was always overspill, a mute point but endemic of the palce. Nikos was a professional in all aspects of Hotel management and as I said before the staff were great in thir attitude and friendliness.

Did not use the pool as after my accident I could not swim so had to sit in the sun all day and drink fluids - SHAME

To sumarrise nothing special, would not go again and found the Dolphin Taverna below par. - preferred Faros the Greek beabs were excellent.
