We've just returned from the White Rocks hotel in Lassi. We had an inland view room, which we found to be noisy even in the middle of the night! The decor was very basic, lighting was poor. The air conditioning was pretty old-fashioned, was not particularly effective, and was noisy. The safe in the room was very handy, however. 3rd floor corridors were really dark and depressing, with bare lightbulbs hanging, half of which didn't even work.
The hotel has a great location, with stunning views. The pool is very nice, as are the beaches. Plentiful supply of free sunbeds!
The food was good- when it came! the waits between courses were sometimes incredibly long because it's all silver-service. The vegetarian options got very boring. Lunches are nice, and you do have the option of swapping your evening meal for that instead. Lassi has some very nice tavernas etc.
Staff were generally very helpful, with the exception of a cleaner who smoked in my room and left ashes in my sink....
You have to use steps to get anywhere, in and out of the hotel.
