we ate at the pines several times last week. i loved the kleftiko and the breakfast was delicious. location is brilliant because you can see the sea through the pines, but its cool because of the trees. the staff are very friendly, even when they are busy.

just come back from the Marietta. people running it are very pleasant, michael is so nice. rooms are basic, beds only changed once a week, pool is spotless, not so the pool changing area and loos. lovely walk into skala but as someone else said, no pavements! nice orange tree in a field though... if michael reads this site, tell us more about this ghost, how could he perform with the guard dog barking all night. local cat population is not a problem and the tortoises in the garden outside reception captivate the children. would go again, the village is lovely and the beach fab.
