Absolutely fantastic restaurant could not believe when we walked in by pure chance and found it Christos owned it.  He made us feel very very welcome, the food is just out of this world and the service is fantastic.  Thanks Christos hope to see you very soon, Andrea and David x

This new restaurant is really nice. Chilled atmosphere, attentive (but not pushy) staff, and really good food. We were glad we discovered it on one of the back streets. The fresh fish was brilliant and Christos made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place.

One of the local told us that this is not a good restaurant. We found the food was quite nice. However,we waited for an hour for what we have ordered. It seemed that we were forgotten!

Excellent Restaurant. We had one of our best meals in Skala at the White Horse. Christos owns it and he is a lovely person. He makse sure his staff are running around making everybody happy!

I had the stuffed vine leaves for starer and kefalonian meat pie for main course and they were both gorgeous.
I definately recommend this restaurant for anybody going to Skala

My husband and I have been coming to Skala for years and so are always keen to try out any new restaurants that open in the village. We were certainly impressed with The White Horse, which we found in the little back street square near the old police station. We ate there twice during our holiday, and both meals were excellent. The first time we had the "Meze for 2", which was fantastic. There were sausages, meatballs, calamari, red peppers stuffed with cheese (really yummy), giant beans, tzatziki, dolmades, saganaki (fried cheese) and it was all delicious. We also had a really nice bottle of cold white San Gerasimo Robola wine to wash it all down. The service was really friendly and we felt extremely welcome. We liked this restaurant so much that we chose to go back there for the last night of our holiday. That time we had the lamb shank - really tender meat - and some tomato, feta and aubergine rolls, which were fab. We would definitely recommend you try The White Horse.
