Kefalonia is accessible by several airlines in April in fact as early as March with Easy Jet. YOu can also fly via Athens.

this comment should read Kefalonia is not reachable in April  most Tour operators do not start going there until May or the very last few days in April but Kefalonia is beautiful whenever you go
