A bit dissapointed really,

I had the Kefalonia Pie and thought it was bland and tasteless,so we decide to give it a second chance, with the Greek night.
Although the Greek night was excellent the food seemed lacking?
but what put us off was finding a cockroach on the table.
Shame we had heard a lot of good comments about this retaurant.

Has probably the best view of Ag Efimia from the pool bar and is almost as good from the restaurant area.Visited most days and eat main meals twice.Had swordfish steak which was excellent being very moist and not dry;had Stefado the other occasion which was also good(But not the best).Free sweet/fruit on both occasions.

Above average restaurant with friendly service and lovely views across the harbour, well worth the short walk to get here !!

Swimming pool & snack bar is also worth a visit during the day.

In August 2000 we met a couple, mick & Louise, and their daughter, Daisy at Makis'. We ate there often; afternoon snacks, Evening meals and late night snacks. In 2001 it was Mick's 50th birthday and, whilst on holiday at Makis', we celebrated it in style. Makis helped us to rig out his taverna with 50th birthday banners and other regalia; he fed us like kings and even threw in a few extras for free.

Had a couple of very good meals here, but a couple weren't so good. Definitely worth a try and the service is excellent.

One of the best restaurants in the village. Extensive menu and well prepared and presented. The Greek night on Fridays was particularly good, a quality buffet and plenty of it.

Makis food is very good and uses fresh ingredients. The staff are very attentive, and the free desert we were given on our first visit is a nice touch. We thought the surroundings were a little too like a stage set and the place lacked in atmosphere. The chicken dishes are good and well presented.

Babis the chef cooks the most delicious fish dishes.
